HEXATRON PLANT WHERE QUALITY IS A JOURNEY TO A LIMITLESS GOAL
Our MissionTo provide a quality product and service so that we become the industry leader in aircraft parts and engines.
Company ProfileHEXATRON ENGINEERING has been in operation since 1982. We can handle your design and fabrication needs quickly and economically. Our Quality Control procedures are approved by the Department of Defense, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Corp., and the FAA. Since 1988 we have been a licensee of Boeing Aircraft Co., as well as an approved supplier. Although our primary product - air crew seats - is used on the DC 10 and DC 9 Cabin Attendant & Crew Seats, we can modify or manufacture any aircraft seat to a TSO. Designing and building prototype machinery such as labor-saving automation and unique handling equipment, is another aspect of Hexatron's capabilities. If you use aluminum molds you should explore the possibility of HEXALITE, a proprietary treatment which could save you both in matter and labor costs. In 1995, we diversified by expanding into the field of Sport-Aviation and engines and we are currently producing the HEXADYNE AVIATION P60. This is an incredibly efficient, light-weight and powerful air-cooled sport plane engine. Located in the pristine Salt Lake Valley, Hexatron can offer our customers the benefits of a well-educated and trained staff along with some of the most economical shop rates. Utah is rapidly being recognized by the World Wide Market as an example of a distinguished work ethic and a low ratio of drug abuse problems. Cy Williams, President and Chief Engineer, has had an extensive career in the aerospace industry. As a Mechanical Engineer from McGill University, he has been responsible for special equipment design and fabrication for such companies as Motorola, Texas Instruments, Thiokol Chemical Co., Hercules, Aerojet-General, Lockheed, Martin-Marietta, and Stanley Aviation. Mr. Williams is the author of "Automation Handbook", which is used by Weber State University Manufacturing Engineering Department.
